JORDIN SPARKS INFATUATED WITH DIAMONDS AT FIRST GRAMMY STYLE STUDIO VISIT

American Idol winner JordIn Sparks talked about her first visit to The Grammy Style Studio and how she’s ready for the Grammy Party circuit.

Fresh off her performance of ‘The Star Spangled Banner’ at the Super Bowl, American Idol winner Jordin Sparks had her first visit to The Grammy Style Studio in Hollywood and took some time to check out the latest fashions from today top designers. After getting outfitted in clothes and a few Grammy Gift bags, Jordin talked about being infatuated by diamonds and took notice of Will.i.am’s clothing line.

We caught up with Jordin, just after finishing up a long day of shopping to get her thoughts on her first visit to The Grammy Style Studio.

“It’s my first time, yeah at The Grammy Style Studio. I’ve been to a couple of other gift lounges but nothing to this extent. They have such nice stuff. O.K., so H. Stern the jewlery right over there insane, I tried on this ring and it fit my ring finger and it was like a 6 carat diamond with diamonds around it and I was infatuated. I was just staring at it. It was beautiful, but there’s a lot of cool stuff out there like the watches over there are great. Will.i.am’s line is over there and it’s really really cool.”

Jordin also talked about getting a make over at The Style Studio and how she’s ready to go hit The Grammy Party circuit.

“I did, thank you. I walked in here with like two braides and no make up and was like ‘Whatever.’ And then they totally did a make over on me. So they did make up and they did my hair and now I feel good. Now I’m ready to go to the parties so I’m good.”

Jordin’s hit single, “Tattoo,” from her critically acclaimed debut, has surpassed the platinum sales mark as a digital single. With her first single currently at #6 on Billboard’s Pop 100 singles list and an album that has received rave reviews from Rolling Stone, USA Today, Entertainment Weekly and many more, Jordin is really making a name for herself out side of American Idol. Look for a very busy 2008 from Jordin as she will be touring the world extensively.
