JAMIE FOXX WANTS THE DJ TO PLAY A SONG

R&B singer Jamie Foxx recently released the second single, “DJ Play A Love Song” featuring Twista, from his double platinum sophomore album, Unpredictable. The singer shot a video for the song which features a cameo from America’s Next Top Model winner Eva Pigford.

Foxx is also finalizing plans to launch a tour later this year with Mary J. Blige after he completes work on his latest movie project, Dreamgirls. The film also stars Beyonce Knowles and Eddie Murphy.

“Walking out of the backstage, Quincy Jones again, dropped some science on your shoulder. He said, ‘It’s not a sprint. It’s a marathon.’ He looked at me and said, ‘You got fifty years to go,’ and you know patted me on the back. So you know this is the beginning and you know we just gonna keep doing what we do.”
