JAMIE FOXX AND MARY J. BLIGE TO TOUR

(VIDEO) Jamie Foxx and Mary J. Blige to launch tour this fall!!!

Jamie Foxx and Mary J. Blige have announced plans to launch a joint tour this fall. Backstage at the Soul Train Awards, Foxx shared what fans could expect from the tour. He said,

Foxx and Blige have been dueling with each other on the charts since they released their new albums on the same day last December.

“Yeah we’re going out on tour this fall with Mary J. Blige. R&B is back. Somebody said that hip-hop killed the R&B singer. I’m here to see that they’re still alive. We’re gonna be doing romance music and it’s going to be hot. make sure you get your tickets now. Get you a date. Figure out what you’re going to wear cause it’s gonna be hot when we come up in your city. Mary J. Blige and Jamie Foxx I’m just happy.”

Blige’s Breakthrough is approaching double platinum and the singer will be releasing a new single in the coming weeks. Blige is also featured on Busta Rhymes’ latest single and video ‘Touch It (Remix).”

Foxx’s Unpredictible is also doing extremely well. The singer has sold more than 1.6 million copies of the set since it was released. The singer is releasing a new single, “DJ Play A Love Song” featuring Twista. Foxx is also currently shooting the new movie, Dreamgirls, with Eddie Murphy and Beyonce Knowles.
