JAMES BROLIN BELIEVES WAR VIDEOS WILL SHOW UP ON THE WEB
The Hunting Party star James Brolin is convinced it’s only a matter of time before war footage is on the internet. |
James Brolin plays a Sam Donaldson-esque anchorman reporting the news from war torn Sarajevo for a station where Richard Gere was once a hotshot war correspondent in The Hunting Party. |
Brolin who keeps tabs on the Sunday morning political shows with his wife Barbra Streisand believes that sooner or later graphic video footage of the war in Iraq will show up on the web. |
“It will show up on all these video media outlets. Why because that’s where you can get away with it. There’s nobody stopping them so I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s some stuff in there now if you know the proper words to look up to try and unearth them.” |
Brolin says this might be the only way to broadcast the truth about the atrocities going on in Iraq. |
“I’ve seen a lot of people saying I don’t like what’s going on. I’m not talking about people, I’m talking about Marines and soldiers saying I don’t believe what we’re doing here. But as far as them turning around with their video cameras and taking some of the pictures of the horror that they’re seeing and possibly the reasons for it happening, I believe it’ll show up eventually and maybe all be edited into some masterful piece of film too.” |
James has a lumber company and a building business on the side so he’s been keeping busy helping Babs redesign their house. He produced his next movie project The American Standards where he plays a middle-aged man battling Alzheimers. |
