JAHEIM IS STILL LOOKING FOR THAT SPECIAL SOMEONE

R&B singer Jaheim has earned his first Number One record. The singer’s latest album, Ghetto Classics, debuted at Number One on the Billboard 200 albums chart after selling more than 152,000 copies its first week in stores. The singer’s album outsold the next closest new release by over 35,000 copies.

The singer shared that he feels very lucky to be where he is now after growing up in a single family home and living in shelters. Jaheim said,

“I’m blessed man. I got a lot of things, man. Again if it wasn’t for God, I think about that all the time. About when I didn’t have these things. I gothere just praying and believing. Patience was the virtual key.”

Jaheim will be releasing a new single, “The Chosen One,” in the coming weeks. Plans are in the works to shoot a video for the song in the singer’s hometown, new Brunswick, New Jersey.
