We caught up with Jack to get his thoughts on why Bonnaroo is so successful and he didn’t have to think twice after being asked to perform at Bonnaroo once again. |
“Yeah, it’s going to be cool. It’s one of those ones that you really didn’t have to hear about much to just say yes to because the Bonnaroo thing is such a great festival and so much fun. I know from just walking around and watching all the bands the vibe in the audience is just great. Like the Bonnaroo thing is way out in the middle of no where and you really have this feeling that you’re going out for just music.” |
Jack Johnson is currently touring in support of his latest release ‘Sleep Through the Static’ which debuted at #1 on The Billboard Top 200 Chart. This year’s Bonnaroo will take place June 12th-15th in Manchester, Tennessee. Also slated to perform are Phil Lesh and Friends, Robert Plant and Alison Krauss, My Morning Jacket and Les Claypool among many others. |
