INCUBUS WORKING HARD ON NEXT ALBUM

Incubus talk about their greatest hits package which included 13 Top 10 singles and why they feel like they are getting old.

Throughout its history Incubus has morphed from a funk-metal band to a pop band to a straight-ahead rock band, and who knows what will come next from these Calabasas boys. The California band was recently at a Surfrider foundation event trying to raise funds and awareness to protect and keep clean Southern California’s beaches.

Brandon Boyd and bassist Ben Kenney talked about the band’s next album, their follow-up to A Crow Left Of The Murder, and they say that it’s on track to be the best album of all time.

“We’re just…. We’re writing a new record ever, and it’s going to be the best record anyone’s ever heard in the history of music, in the history of things related to music, ever. Best ever! Nah, we’re going to try our best.”

Incubus’s A Crow Left Of The Murder is the band’s fifth album, with the first being Fungus Amongus, which was released back in 1995.
