HOSTEL: PART II, THE WOMEN

The women of Hostel:Part II speak out about their roles.

Lauren German who is no stranger to gore from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre remake plays Beth the most sensible friend of the three girlfriends who find themselves the purchase of a pay for torture chamber in Hostel: Part II.

Lauren talks about what it was like to endure days of pain and suffering on camera.

“For me I think it was because my scene was shot over so many days and to keep that intensity of fear or panic or whatever it was to keep that going for four days straight shooting all day long. It took a tremendous amount of focus and determination and energy and all of it. It was really, really challenging. I had never experienced that sort of challenge with a character before.”

Heather Matarazzo most recently seen on Showtime’s The L Word is the depressed friend of the threesome shut off in her own little world. She describes what’s in store for the girls.

“Primarily three young women that are going to school and traveling throughout Europe in Rome and they come across this sexy siren named Axelle and their journey takes an unexpected turn for the worse.”

Bijou Phillips is Whitney, the confident rich girlfriend who gives a heads up on the torture to come as she can be seen in certain marketing campaigns naked and carrying her severed head. Hostel: Part II is currently playing in theaters.
