HELTAH SKELTAH IS BACK TOGETHER

(VIDEO) Heltah Skeltah is back together and working on a new album!!!

Boot Camp Clik affiliates Heltah Skeltah are back together. The group, which consists of Ruck aka Sean Price and Rock, released two albums 1996’s Nocturnal and 1998’s Magnum Force before going on an unofficial hiatus.

Rock left the Boot Camp Clik and Duck Down Records to sign with Limp Bizkit’s DJ Lethal’s Lethal Records. He worked on a solo album, Rockman Uncensored, which was scheduled for release in 2002 but the set was shelved indefinitely. Meanwhile Sean Price released his critically acclaimed solo debut, Monkey Barz, last year.

“Oh nah, ain’t no rumors. Real talk, we’re in the studio right now. We got about six songs done. We’re in there. We’re in there working on it right now. As soon as I leave here, I’m going to the studio, right now. It’s still Boot Camp. It’s still MFC, you know what I mean? Ain’t nothing change man. We just brought everything back home. We never had a problem with the label, you know what I mean? So whatever we had to fix up between men, we got that done. na dit’s about to pop off, real talk.”

Ruck explained that the duo is hard at work on their third album. He said,

In related news, the entire Boot Camp Clik, which includes Black Moon, Smif-N-Wesson, Heltah Skeltah, and Originoo Gunn Clapaz, will release a new album, The Last Stand, on July 18th. The album will feature the production of Pete Rock, 9th Wonder, Large Professor, Da Beatminerz, Coptic, Ill Mind, SIC Beats, and Marco Polo.

The entire Boot Camp Clik will be heading to Canada for a tour in September
