GNARLS BARKLEY DROPS DEBUT
Gnarls Barkley, which is comprised of producer Danger Mouse and rapper and singer Cee-Lo Green, is currently on tour and in support of their debut album, St. Elsewhere, which they released this Tuesday, May 9th. The lead single from the project is “Crazy.” |
Cee-Lo is no stranger to being on tour but the rapper explained that he often misses his young son and family. He said, |
“It’s a privilege and it’s my passion to perform and to have people embrace what I’ve said and done but I can’t completely be happy, you know what I’m sayin’, knowing I have a son that misses me. And a son that I miss and a family, you know what I’m sayin’? So it can be tedious like it’s nothing short of a job but I wouldn’t trade it.” |
In addition to the Gnarls Barkley project, Cee-Lo Green has also completed an album with producer Jazze Pha, and later this year, the rapper is scheduled to reunite with his group the Goodie Mob. |
