The Game’s manager James “Jimmy Henchmen” Rosemond was found guilty of assaulting disc jockey, Xzulu “The Big Lipped Bandit” of 93.9 WKYS-FM Lanham, Maryland, in January of 2005. Rosemond and a group of men allegedly attacked the deejay after he made a comedic remark about Rosemond’s headset. Rosemond is facing up to ten years behind bars when he is sentenced on April 3rd. |
The Game was also hit with assault charges last February but the charges were later dropped. |
Another victim of the alleged attack, Kwasi Jones, filed a $280 million dollar civil-assault case against The Game, G-Unit, Shady Records, and Aftermath Entertainment. |
