FREDDIE FOXXX IS AN AMERICAN BLACK MAN
Underground kingpin Freddie Foxxx will release his fourth solo and third independent album, American Black Man, next February. The salbum will feature guest appearances by Tupac Shakur and Ray Benzino as well as the production of DJ Premier, Pete Rock, Alchemist, and Kevin Brown. |
Foxxx explained what we can expect from the new project. He said, |
“I’mma drop it Black History Month, you know what I mean, because the title suits the time. I’m really set it off on another level. You know like I’m a grown man, you know what I mean, so I’mma leave the little boy stuff where it was, you know what I mean? I’mma do some grown man stuff, you know what I mean?” |
Freddie Foxxx, who also uses the name Bumpy Knuckles, released his independent debut, Industry Shakedown, in 2000. The set sold more than 150,000 copies. The rapper released his second independent album, Konexion, in 2003. The rapper released his major label debut, Freddie Foxxx Is Here, on MCA Records in 1989. |
