FIELD MOB HOOK UP WITH CIARA FOR NEW SINGLE

The Field Mob will release their new album, Light Poles and Pine Trees, on August 30th. The latest single from the project is “So What” featuring Ciara. The sing was produced by Jazze Pha who also produced the group’s biggest hit, 2002’s “Sick Of Being Lonely.”

Light Poles And Pine Trees will also feature guest appearances by Ludacris, Bun B, Bone Crusher, and Bobby Valentino.

“This is my first time attending the Grammy awards. First album for me, first time being nominated and just to think about everything that I was nominated for this year. I feel so blessed, so thankful. I mean it’s like it’s exciting and it’s motivating at the same time. Like I’m so ready to go finish recording. I’m so ready to go…I’m ready to put out another song. I’m excited so I feel really blessed, absolutely.”

The album’s the group’s first release since joining Ludcaris’s DTP label. The group released their first two albums on MCA Records: 2000’s 613: Ashy To Classy, and 2002’s From Tha Roota To Tha Toota.
