FAMILY VALUES CD, DVD RELEASED, STONE SOUR DVD NEXT?
Korn are getting ready to release of “The Family Values Tour 2006” CD and DVD and Jonathan Davis talks about the project, right here. |
On December 26th, hard rock fans can get another taste of one of rocks most successful tours when “The Family Values Tour 2006” CD and separate DVD are released on Firm Music. The Family Values Tour, which was originally started by Korn in 1998 brought in over 400,000 fans for the 30 show US Tour. |
The DVD will feature live tracks from Korn and The Deftones, as well as select cuts from Stone Sour, Flyleaf, Dir En Grey, 10 Years and Deadsy. We caught up with Korn’s lead singer Johnathan Davis to find out what fans can expect from the upcoming release. |
“We shot it at several different locations and all the bands were great on it. There’s interviews with the bands, interviews with us all kinds of stuff we did backstage and it’s a really cool DVD.” |
It was also announced recently that Johnathan Davis is getting ready to hit the road in early 2007 on his first ever solo acoustic tour. For the tour Davis has planned to do some Korn songs, some cover songs and some hidden surprises as well. Korn are also currently in the studio writing new material for their follow up to 2005’s ‘See You on the Other Side.’ Look for Korn’s new album to hopefully be released in 2007 as well. |
