EVA LONGORIA DESPERATE FOR CHANGE

Eva Longoria teams up in The Sentinel with fellow television star Keifer Sutherland as Secret Service agents investigating an assassination plot against the President. Longoria says all hell breaks loose her first day on the job.

Just in case you were a bit confused as to why Gabrielle Solis is brandishing a gun instead of her Gucci bag, Eva Longoria took on the role of a rookie agent to keep her fans interested.

“She is a language expert in the special service and she has just been transferred to the investigative side so she’s new in that department. She is mentored by Keifer Sutherland. It’s her first day of work and all hell breaks loose within the Secret Service because there’s a plot to kill the President.”

Eva has movies to thank for her role in Desperate Housewives. When she lost out on the lead in Spanglish the call came for her to play Gabrielle and the rest is television history.

“I purposely chose a film like this to show a different side of me so people don’t think that I am Gabrielle Solis on Desperate Housewives. It’s been pretty easy. I think it’s healthy to constantly change what you do in your job. I think you can get in a rut and get bored. I think doing something that’s totally opposite of Gabrielle will make her even better.”
