EN VOGUE REUNION COMING TOGETHER SLOWLY

R&B quartet En Vogue, which is made up of Dawn Robinson, Terry Ellis, Maxine Jones, and Cindy Herron, have been performing spot dates all year while trying to nail down the specifcs of a reunion project. Group member Dawn Robinson explained that she will be releasing a new solo album whole the group gets it together. The singer said,

Robinson’s new solo album, L.Y.F.E. (Live, Yearn, Fulfill and Enlighten), will be released on July 6th. The set will be released on the Movemakers label which is owned by Robinson and her husband, Andre Allen.

“I’m working on a new solo album and doing some spot dates with En Vogue too and we’re still talking about the reunion possibly. But in the meantime I got to keep grinding, and whatever comes next for me. So as usually I did the Lucy Pearl thing, I did Dr. Doolittle. I did….What else did I do? I just keep working constantly til stuff comes together so in the meantime I’m working on a new solo album.”
