DMX ORDERED TO PAY IN PATERNITY SUIT

Rapper DMX was ordered by a judge last week to pay $5,000 per month in temporary child support to Davita Oden who claims the DMX is the father of her 4-year-old daughter. Oden, however, is seeking $10,000 more per month.

According to Suzanne Kimberly Bracker, Oden’s attorney, “DMX did the DNA test. He admitted paternity, then he tried to deny it. The case is currently pending in Buffalo and a decision is expected in a few weeks.

DMX was arrested last week at London’s Heathrow Airport for refusing to fasten his seatbelt on a flight from New York to London. X received a caution which means he accepted responsibility and will kept on record. His new album “Year of The Dog, Again” album is scheduled for an Aug. 1 release.
