DMX FREED FROM PRISON

DMX is heading back to jail, and we have the details.

DMX was released from prison on December 30th after serving a month of seventy day sentence. The rapper was snetenced to the time behind bars for violating the terms of his probation from a 2004 road rage incident at John F. Kennedy International Airport. The rapper’s license was suspeneded as part of his probation but he was caught driving twice inncluding when he got into a fender bender with an unmarked police car.

DMX was released early because of time off for good behavior and becaus ehe had acrrued credit for previous time served behind bars.

The rapper is currently working on a new album for the Sony Music. He ended his relatinhsip with Def Jam Records late last year. DMX is expected to release a Swiiz Beatz-produced single in the coming weeks.
