DISTURBING THA PEACE COMPILATION TO HIT STORES IN AUGUST

Ludacris’ Disturbing Tha Peace to release Strength In Numbers compilation on August 28th….

Grammy Award winning rapper Ludacris will release his third Disturbing Tha Peace compilation, Strength In Numbers, on August 28th. The albuml features guest appearances by Shawnna, Chingy, Block Xchange, Brolic D, I-20, Serius Jones, Steph Jones, Lil’ Fate, Playaz Circle, Shareefa, Shawn Jay, Small World, Smoke, and Willy Northpole.

The first street single from the project will be “Duffle Bag Boy” by Playaz Circle featuring Lil’ Wayne, and the album’s first official single will be “Celebrity Chick” by Ludacris, Chingy, Steph Jones, and Small World. Both tracks are scheduled to hit radio later this month.

“The acting career is going very well. There’s a lot of scripts that are coming to me. I’m being very selective about you know what I choose to do.The next role is a small role in a movie with Vince Vaughn. It’s called Fred Claus. So you know I’m not trying to rush into anything. I’m just trying to pick the right roles. Luckily I have a music career to do while you know all the bad roles are coming. So I’m blessed enough to have a second career.”

Shawnna appears on the project although earlier this year she severed ties with Def Jam Records and Disturbing Tha Peace. Chingy recently rejoined the Disturbing Tha Peace camp after leaving the crew a few years ago over a monetary dispute.

In addition to rapping and running the Disturbing Tha Peace label, Ludacris has also successfully launched an acting career. He’s appeared in Crash, Hustle & Flow, and 2Fast 2 Furious. Ludacris explained that next up for him is a film with Vince Vaughn. He said,
