DAVID DUCHOVNY KNOWS NO LIMITS
David Duchovny has found the breaking point for Showtime’s motto ‘No Limits.’ |
David Duchovny stars in Californication, the hit Showtime series which features his character Hank Moody, a brooding writer wounded from a failed relationship who takes out his frustrations by having promiscuous sex. |
series has not been shy in the bedroom often showing sexually explicit content. David says the cable network may have to change it’s famous slogan. |
“I don’t know how much further we can go from last week’s episode. You know Showtime always says ‘no limits.’ Well apparently they had to cut some stuff out so apparently we’ve found their limits. Now it’s Showtime, ‘some limits.’ Exploitive is not the word. Sex is part of life. If you want to make drama, you put sex in it. People make the judgment that it’s exploitive because they have some kind of problem with it.” |
David is back to fighting alien crime returning to the big screen with the X-Files film beginning production in December. David says he’s excited to finally start shooting the much anticipated movie. |
“I am. It feels like I’m looking forward to a wonderful reunion and I hope it’s not one of those horrible reunions where you don’t recognize anybody. It’s only been five so I think we got a pretty good shot. I think I should recognize Gillian Anderson without a name tag.” |
David is also starring in Things We Lost In The Fire with Halle Berry and Benecio Del Toro currently playing in theaters. |
