DAVID BANNER PUSHES ALBUM BACK

David Banner decides to push the album back to next year.

Mississippi-based rapper David Banner has decided to push the release of his new album back. The rapper will now release, The Greatest Story Ever Told, some time next year. The album features guest appearances by Chris Brown, Jim Jones, Akon, Lil Wayne, Snoop Dogg, Yung Joc, and others.

The first single from the project is “Speaker” featuring Lil Wayne, Akon, and Snoop Dogg.

“The movie is so special is that you have so many different types of music. So many different types of people who are musically inclined involved in it. Idris is a deejay. You know he raps. A lot of people don’t know that. Chris Brown of course, you know, myself, being the genuis that I am. You can put genius right up here, no put idiot. Ya’ll change it. I think that’s one of the things that helps tie the movie. Actually the music is the glue to the movie.”

In related news, Banner is one of the stars of the new movie, This Christmas. The film, which stars Chris Brown, Loretta Devine, Idris Elba, and Lauren London, is about a family coming together for the holidays. Banner explained that music plays a big part of the film. He said,
