R&B singer Ciara has been living the single life since breaking up with rapper Bow Wow last year. She was briefly linked to actor Michael Ealy when the actor attended her birthday party but the relationship never seem to take off. Now she’s stepped up into the majro laeagues and is allegedly dating G-Unit general , 50 Cent. New York’s Daily News reports that two were spotted last Thursday in New York City “looking like a couple trying not to look like a couple.”

Ciara was also spotted riding in the rapper’s car in the LeFrak City section of Queens by a source who said, “Ciara (was) in the backseat, attempting not to be seen.”

“Life is what you make it. You determine your destiny and nobody can get you where you gotta be but you. And that’s one thing that I’ve always live by and I think that’s what has helped me to get to where I’m at right now. Just believing in what I believe in and not letting anybody tell me anything different and taking my time.”

Ciara and 50 Cent collaborated on the song, “Can’t Leave ‘Em Alone,” but the two were never in the studio at teh same time while recording the song.

Although Ciara is only 21 years-old, she has a strong mindset and may be somewhat of a challenge for 50 Cent who’s been linked to Vivica Fox, Meagon Goode, and Joy Bryant in thepast. Ciara explained that she likes to take her time. She said,

On the musical front, Ciara’s latest single “Promise” has been remixed and now features R. Kelly. The singer’s next official single is “Like A Boy.” Her latest album, Ciara: The Evolution, was recently certified platinum for sales of 1 million copies.
