CHERI DENNIS GETS A HAND FROM JIM JONES AND YUNG JOC

R&B singer Cheri Dennis is the new first lady of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Bad Boy Entertainment label. The R&B singer will release her self-titled debut album on June 13th. The lead single from the project, “I Love You” featuring Jim Jones and Yung Joc, has started to climb the pop charts after becoming an instant street classic.

Jim Jones explained why he keeps his music and his collaborations so close to the street. He said,

“Like I don’t have no specific method, it’s just that I’m real sincere with it. I know how I came up and I know how my young dudes is coming up right now so I try to be a shining light for them, some inspiration. So i make sure I’m always there when I get a chance, you dig?”

Cheri Dennis self-titled debut will feature the production of Ryan Leslie, Buckwild, and the Hitman.

Dennis, who is from Cleveland, Ohio, landed her deal with Combs by singing for the mogul at a nightclub during a party.
