Grammy Award winner Chamillionaire has decided to push back his sophomore project again. The set was originally due in March then April but now Ultimate Victory is scheduled to hit stores on June 5th. The album features guest appearances by Lil Wayne, Snoop Dogg, Busta Rhymes, Pimp C, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Slick Rick, and Devin The Dude.

The first single from the project is “Not A Criminal” featuring Kelis. Chamillionaire explained the concept behind the song. He said,

“‘Not a Criminal,’ there’s two meanings to criminal. You know sometimes people see you and just by appearances they might think you’re a criminal you know because they just look at you and they think, ‘Well he must do something illegal.’ You know I used to get that a lot when I used to be riding around in my nice car. I had this car that changes colors so it will be changing from blue to green to purple and it had these nice rims on it. And the police would be looking at me like, ‘Man who is this guy in a nice neighborhood?’ They’d pull me over and be like, ‘What are you doing here?’ I’m like, ‘I’m going to my house,’ because I live in a nice neighborhood now.
