Rapper and singer Cee-Lo Green has launched his own label, Radiculture. The new label will be distributed by Atlantic Records and based in Atlanta. Cee-Lo, who is a membe rof Gnarls Barkley and Goodie Mob, said in a released statement, “I’ve been in the music business for quite some time now. I’ve had some unforgettable high points and some disappointing low points. I’m eager to pass on the lessons I learned along the way.” |
He added, “Maybe up and coming artists can avoid some of the pitfalls and focus on making great music. You can expect plenty of great music from Radiculture!” |
“I get no gratification out of following. I feel most alive when I blaze my own trail.” |
The rapper has built a state of the art facility that includes offices and a recording studio for the new label. |
