The Diplomats’ Cam’ron, who is also known as Killa Cam, is currently working on a new movie and soundtrack. The rapper released the straight-to-DVD movie Killa Season this spring, and in May he released the soundtrack. Cam’ron is already shooting scenes for the sequel which picks up right where the first film left off.

As far as the soundtrack, Cam’ron has already leaked a single, “Weekend Girl,” and plans are in the works to shoot a video for the song.

“First of all a lot of people get confused is this New York hip hop, down south, this and that. First of all let’s just make good music and then label. You can’t say, ‘Yo I got a New York record. For now the song, “Touch It or Not,” featuring southern rapper Lil Wayne, continues to get spins at urban radio. Camron explained that he isn’t into the regional breakdown of music. He just focuses on making good music. Camron said,
