CAMRON SHOT DURING ATTEMPTED CARJACKING

Diplomats leader Cam’ron rapped in his last video “Down & Out,” “Bodyguard for what dog? I rather shoot.” It appears some carjackers in Washington, DC, decided to take their chances. Cam’ron was shot twice during an attempted carjacking in Washington, DC, early Sunday morning, October 23rd. MTV.com reports that as the rapper was leaving the popular H20 nightclub at 2:10 a.m., he was approached by several men in a vehicle who demanded that he give up his blue Lamborghini. When the rapper refused, several shots were fired into his vehicle which resulted in him being shot once in each arm.

Sources close to Cam’ron shared that he was recovering at a DC-area hospital and doing fine. He is expected to make a full recovery.

Cam’ron was in Washington, DC, for the Howard University’s homecoming weekend.
