C MURDER MAY BE HEADED BACK BEHIND BARS
Prosecutors in Gretna, Louisiana, are trying to send rapper C-Murder back to jail after he allegedly violated the terms of his home incarceration program several times. The District Attorney’s office filed a motion on Thursday (June 8th) to have the rapper’s bail revoked after he allegedly stopped at a Smoothie King restaurant on May 4th while out on a court-approved outing. The rapper’s electronic monitoring device was also allegedly out of range on May 31 and June 1st, and he made an unauthorized visit to the home of his fiancee, Sabrina Green. |
This is the second time that prosecutors have attempted to revoke the rapper’s bail. On June 5th, a motion was filed to send him back to jail after he fell behind on his $50 a week home incarceration fee. |
