Smith’s lawyer Bruce Regenstreich said, “Melvin went in to get an autograph and got a knuckle sandwich instead.” Smith suffered a cut above his eye which required four stitches, and he was left with several black-and-blue marks after the incident. He is seeking unspecified damages. |
