BREAKING BENJAMIN DEALS WITH PHOBIA

(VIDEO) Breaking Benjamin has been prevented from going to the next level, but now they band has dealt with Phobia.

Breaking Benjamin is sweeping up Alternative radio with their new single “Diary Of Jane.” The song has been added to close to 100 radio stations, and it was the most added song of this week.

The single is from their forthcoming album, Phobia, which hits close to home for vocalist/songwriter Ben Burnley. The singer has a slight social phobia, and he also refuses to travel by airplane. A supportive Aaron Fink, guitarist for Breaking Benjamin, talked about the phobia.

“That’s not negotiable. The record label already sent a hypnotist to his house… It’s not anything that you can chip away at and it’s like old news. Everyone has told us we’d be pretty big in Europe, so…. We’re a U.S. band, man. Enjoy it.”

Breaking Benjamin’s Phobia follows in the footsteps of their 2004 release, We Are Not Alone. Phobia hits stores August 8. A tour is forthcoming.
