In addition to the new album, Bone Thugs N Harmoney released an indie project, Thug Stories, on Koch Records in September. Group member Wish Bone explained, |
“Oh yeah, you talking about Thug Stories, you know we just released that in September. That’s our last independent album. We just signed a deal with Interscope, you know what I’m sayin’, Full Surface Records. So we working on that. We’re in the studio finishing that up right now. Maybe a December or January release, you know what I’m sayin’? So it’s all good. You know what I’m sayin’? We got big things happening. We got a movie coming out with that album too.” |
The new untitled album will be the group’s first major label release since 2002’s Thug World Order. It will also be the group’s first major label project without group member Bizzy Bone, who was thrown out of the group in late 2002 for not being reliable and for failing to show up to engagements and concerts. |
