Black Rob has been signed to the Bad Boy Records label since 1995 and he’s the last artist on the roster with the exception of Diddy who worked with the Notorious B.I.G. before his death in 1997. After a five year hiatus due to legal issues and a battle with kidney disease, Black Rob returned with his sophomore album, The Black Rob Report, earlier this month. |
The Black Rob Report features the production of Deric “D-Dot” Angeletti, Buckwild, and Tony Dofat, with guest appearances by E. Ness, Babs, Young City, Aasim, and Petey Pablo. |
Black Rob’s 2000 debut album, Life Story, was certified platinum and featured the hit “Whoa.” |
