BILL HADER HAS SUPERBAD RUN-IN WITH THE LAW
Bill Hader has his own Superbad experience growing up in Tulsa, Oklahoma. |
Bill Hader drew from personal experience playing a cop in Superbad who should be arrested himself for misorderly conducts with his partner Seth Rogen. |
Bill recalls his own experience when he played a roadside practical joke. |
“Yeah we did have one situation where my friends and I are were at a park and we tied two trash cans together with a piece of fishing line so it was kind of invisible and we put the trash cans on either side of the street. This is Tulsa, Oklahoma I should say, not a lot to do. We would wait for a car, oh this will be really funny a car will come through and the trash cans will hit the side of it.” |
Bill got about as close as he could to a Superbad experience having his own run-in with the law. |
“And so we were waiting for a car to come, it was very irresponsible, you should not do this at home, and a cop car went through it and smashed it and the cop pulled around and I remember thinking, ‘I will sit and I will not do anything. I will just be cool and look like I have nothing to do with this.’ And of course the cop went right up to me because I was covered in sweat like, ‘what’s wrong Officer, what happened?’ I just had to go find my friends and they were hiding in a park. That was the closest Superbad experience I had.” |
Superbad is currently playing in theaters. |
