Beyonce held an all-star concert over the weekend in London for the Chime For Change, an organization she founded to further the rights and opportunities for women, and highlights included a surprise by husband Jay-Z and performances from Florence Welch from Florence And the Machine, Jennifer Lopez, and Ellie Goudling among others.
