The popular DVD series, Beef, has given birth to the television series of the same name, which premieres this Wednesday, October 4th, at 9 p.m. ET on Black Entertainment Television. On the series premiere, disputes between Bow Wow and Lil Romeo, Daz and Kurupt, and Tyra Banks and Naomi Campbell will be featured. The show will also detail the historical beef between the north side of Houston and the south side of the city.

Master P, who is working on his own new television show, shared his thoughts on the beef with Bow Wow. He said:

“Yeah you know what, Bee Weezy, it’s all love. You know what I’m sayin’? It ain’t no beef. That was just myth you know what I’m sayin’? Man it’s about taking this hip hop thing to the next level. Be on the look out for my new hip hop stars show, The Next Hip Hop Stars of America, coming to ya’ll real soon.”

Beef: The Series was created by QDIII and the series will include six episodes.

The Beef DVD series was a hit with hip hop fans. It chronicled the beefs between G-Unit and Murder Inc, T.I. and Lil Flip, Ice Cube and B-Real, Common and Westside Connection, UTFO and the Real Roxanne, Kool Moe Dee and LL Cool J, Nas and Jay-Z, KRS-One and MC Shan and several other of the historical beefs in hip hop.
