BEANIE SIGEL RELEASES MIXTAPE AND RECOVERS FROM HERNIA

Beanie Sigel’s new mixtape, Still Public Enemy Number 1, sold over 5,000 copies its first week in stores as fans wait for the rapper’s fourth full length album, The Bad Guy. The new album will be released through Sigel’s State Property label and Def Jam Records. The rapper has recorded the bulk of the project with producers Dre & Vidal.

Sigel, who is recovering from a recent double hernia, shared that he’s moved on and doing alright after the big Roc-A-Fella Records split between Jay-Z and Damon Dash. The rapper said,

“Well I can’t really speak for nobody else. I mean I’m alright. I’m great. I’m good. I’m here you know so I guess so.”

The Bad Guy is due out next spring.
