BEANIE SIGEL ADDING SPECIAL INGREDIENT TO NEXT ALBUM

After resolving several legal issues, Beanie Sigel is back in the studio working on a new album which he has tentatively titled, The Bad Guy. The rapper is no longer signed to Roc-A-Fella Records so his new album will be released through his own State Property label. Sigel is currently negotiating with several distributors.

In the past, Sigel has worked with everyone from Just Blaze, to Kanye West to Sha Money XL but for the new project he has decided to record with Phildelphia-based producers Dre & Vidal. The duo are an unlikely selection as they are mostly known as R&B producers.

“I’m in the studio right now working Dre and Vidal. I’m giving them full control, well we working together on full control of producing like my whole next album. I feel as though they dominated the R&B game for so long, and they’re like really hip hop music. I think we’d be good for each othr to like take hip hop to another level. What it really need right now cause hip hop I think is struggling right now.”
