BATMAN STAR ADAM WEST WINGS INTO THE FUTURE

Batman star Adam West lends his voice to Meet The Robinsons, the story of an adopted boy genius who tries to remember his real mother through the Memory Scanner he’s invented when it’s stolen by a bowler hat villain from the future.

Transported to the future by a mysterious boy Wilbur Robinson he meets the eccentric Robinson family and Uncle Art played by West.

“He’s an inter-galactic pizza delivery man and if that pizza ain’t there in a half-hour he’ll eat it. The Robinson family are a close-knit clan. They have affection for one another but they are somewhat argumentative and I think that they take on the qualities and characteristics of most families.”

Adam talks about what attracted him to make Meet The Robinsons.

“And I thought it was witty and it’s also a wonderful morality tale for kids and I think the kind of movie that kids really need to see.”

West has delighted children and adults in animation before poking fun at the Batman character and himself in The Simpsons, Space Ghost Coast to Coast, and most recently The Family Guy.
