ARREST WARRANT ISSUED FOR FOXY BROWN
Foxy Brown is in trouble with the law again. A bench warrant was issued for the rapper’s arrest after she failed to show up for a court date on Thursday, Marech 22nd, in Florida. The rapper was due in court for a hearing in her battery and resisting arrest without violence case. She was arrested in February in Florida after she allegedly got into a confrontation with the owner of Queen Beauty Supply. |
The rapper was allegedly is store’s restroom using beauty products when the stor eowner confronted her at closing time. According to the owner she spat at him and threw hair glue at him. Brown’s take on the incident is that she was using the restroom and he entered the bathroom while she was half-dressed and ordered her to out. |

Brown was arrested and released on $1,500 bail. When Brown turns herself into Florida authority she will be held in custody until she post $5,000 bail. |

The Florida warrant may affect Brown’s probation in New York. The rapper is currently on probation for assaulting two manicurists in 2004. |
