ANNA FARIS’ SCARY WHIPLASH

Anna Faris reprises her role as Cindy Campbell in Scary Movie 4. This time she’s haunted by the ghost of a little boy and feels compelled to find out why while escaping from killer alien tri-pods. Along the way she meets Craig Bierko playing catch with his son, only he’s missing the balls and they’re finding her face. Faris says she’s developed a bit of whiplash trying to dodge the baseballs and footballs taking her down.

Scary Movie 4 spoofs War of The Worlds, and The Grudge with classic cameos from Dr. Phil, Shaquille O’Neal and Leslie Nielsen.

“I’ve gotten pretty good at being taken down by whatever objects are being thrown at me. It’s tough because you do have to sort of give yourself whiplash because you have to fall directly out of frame. It’s like that trust game except there’s a small pad that’s cushioning me. It’s an unnatural thing to do but it works really well especially from the third to the fourth I’ve gotten a lot better at that kind of stuff. It’s crazy. Everybody likes to watch Cindy Campbell take some balls to the face.”
