LIVING THINGS FIGHT VIETNAM
Living Things got into a fight with Brooklyn band Vietnam, and the NY Post reports that the band “stomped” on one of the members who was heckling the band. The band is comprised of the three Berlin brothers, led by vocalist Lillian, and when he had enough of the heckling he invited the Vietnam member up to sing. It was then that the band pounced on him, and it was the heckler who got removed from the club. |
Rumor has it that it was the band’s outspoken liberal beliefs that got the band in trouble, but Lillian Berlin said that he realizes his opinion will push a few buttons. |
“Our mothers always taught us that out in the real world everybody’s a shark, and this is how the game works. So, for me I always look at it as a big science experiment. It’s like, here’s us, we’re called Living Things, and we’re out in this corporate world and we’re going to push as many buttons as we can push, and we’ll see what happens.” |
What could have ignited Living Things to do such a dastardly deed? Apparently the Vietnam member blurted out, “I really liked you guys in the Special Olympics,” among other derogatory remarks. The band is out supporting their new album, Ahead of The Lions, and their single, “Bom Bom Bom.” |
