LITTLE BROTHER FINALLY GETTING VIDEO PLAY
Country star Tim McGraw plays Vince Vaughn and Jon Favreau’s brother in Four Christmases, and he talks about the appeal of the movie and his role. |
Little Brother released their sophomore album, The Minstrel Show, in September to very little fanfare but after being on the shelves for four months, the group is starting to get some airplay. Their lead single, “Lovin’ It” featuring Joe Scudda, recently began receiving video airplay on MTV Jams and VH1 Soul. If “Lovin’ It” picks up as expected, the group will be releasing a new single in the coming weeks. |
In related news, Little Brother’s 9th Wonder is a highly sort after producer who has already recorded with Jay-Z, Black Moon, and others. The producer recently shared who he would like to work with in the future. He said, |
“Faith Evans, Ghostface Killah, that’s R&B and hip-hop, you know, so to speak. Outside of R&B and hip-hop, I’d do a remix of Coldplay or something like that. That seems to be every rapper’s favorite group outside of hip-hop, you know? Just cats like that, like Phonte and Pooh was saying, cats that make good music and make dope music. I wouldn’t mind working with them.” |
