LIL WAYNE AND MIKE JONES INK DEAL WITH REEBOK

Rappers Lil’ Wayne, Mike Jones, and Lupe Fiasco have signed a deal with Reebok to promote the company’s new OG collection. The sneakers are scheduled to hit stores at the end of the month. The rappers’ sneakers will all feature the same basic design but will be presonalized by color.

Lil’ Wayne, Mike Jones, and Lupe Fiasco will also be incoroporated into Reebok’s “I Am What I Am” campaign which already includes Miri Ben-Ari, 50 Cent, Allen Iverson, Jay-Z, Winky Wright, and others.

“Dog I got my first big publishing check when I was like 13 years old. I think I went to the car lot or something. My mom took what she needed from it and I went to the car lot. That’s what I did. I went and got me a Mercedes-Benz Kompressor.”

Lil Wayne probably saw a nice check from the reebok deal but when we spoke to the rapper, he shared he’s been cashing big checks since he was 13 years old. Lil Wayne said,
