Busta Rhymes has been known to keep it grimey but things got a little too grimey on the set of his new video over the weekend. Gunfire erupted early Sunday morning, February 5th, on the set of rapper’s new video in the Greenpoint section of Brooklyn, New York. CBS News reports that 14 shots were fired from an AK-47 assault rifle, killing one man and leaving an SUV riddled with bullets. The man, Israel Ramirez, was shot in the chest and pronounced dead a short time later. The victim was a bodyguard and he was wounded directly outside of the production house. |
Busta Rhymes, who was inside the production studio, was not hurt. No arrests have been made but police are reviewing surveillance footage. |
