CHAMILLIONAIRE GETS DOWN WITH MAKAVELI CLOTHING
Houston-based rapper Chamillionaire is the hew face of the late Tupac Shakur’s Makaveli Branded Clothing line. Makaveli Branded VP Rick Edwards said, “Chamillionaire was an obvious choice when we were considering candidates for the spring campaign. Everyone knows the incredible work ethic that Tupac had during his career, and I see that same ethic in everything Chamillionaire does. His leadership and music both have contributed greatly to the resurrection of the Houston music scene.” |
Chamillionaire, who will be touring with Lil’ Flip later this month, will be featured in a print ad campaign which will run in several urban publications. |

The rapper has been on a roll since his major label debut, The Sound Of Revenge, was certified gold. But Chamillionaire remembers when the rap game wasn’t so fruitful. He explained that he had to leave the Swishahouse label and do his own thing in order to make money. He said, |
