JAY Z MAKING MOVES OVERSEAS

After dropping 4 million last October to launch the 40/40 Club in Atlantic City, Jay-Z is ready to take his trendy sports lounge over sees.

The rapper/CEO has signed a three-lease deal to open The 40/40 Club in Shanghai, Tokyo, and Hong Kong. All three locations are set to open by the end of 2007.

The 40/40 Club currently has locations in New York, Atlantic City, with plans to launch openings in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Singapore.
