Bad Boy recording artist Black Rob is in police custody after being apprehended for a fugitive warrant that was issued against the rapper.

According to MTV, the federal task force caught Rob at an undisclosed location on February 24. The rapper was supposed to turn him self in to authorities last month in order to serve time for charges of burglary and criminal possession of stolen property. The rapper was caught on camera stealing a woman’s purse in 2004.

Rob was previously arrested in September 2004 for failure to pay child support.
