Eminem’s notoriously rocky relationship with wife Kim Mathers has run its course….for the second time. The rapper, real name Marshall Mathers III, has again filed for divorce less than three moths after re-marrying his ex-wife.

Their relationship started when they first married in 1999 then divorced in October 2001. The two later fought in a custody battle of their now ten-year old daughter Kim.

The pair reconciled in late 2004 and went public with the news via an announcement by Eminem on a Detroit radio in January 2005. “I can confirm the divorce papers have been filed,” said publicist Dennis Dennehy. “Beyond that we have no comment.”

Emimem’s career plans are also on hold has the rapper suggested he would take a break from recording and performing.
