NEW WU TANG CLAN DVD IN THE WORKS

Wu-Tang Clan moving forward with album and tour plans despite internal strife.

The Wu-Tang Clan will release a new DVD, Legend of the Wu-Tang: The Videos, on June 13. The DVD will include the “C.R.E.A.M” and “Can It Be All So Simple” videos and a previously unreleased 21-minute documentary which was created from footage shot in 1994. The DVD will also includes a previously unreleased alternate version of “Method Man” and Masta Killa’s “Old Man” video.

The Wu-Tang Clan is also working on a new album from Raekwon the Chef, Only Built for Cuban Linx Part II. The set will feature Busta Rhymes and the production of Dr. Dre and the RZA. The Wu-Tang Clan producer explained,

“Only Built For Cuban Linx, that’s the new album I’m working on with Raekwon the Chef. Only Built for Cuban Linx Part II, I mean I never did a sequel to none of my albums before like that you know what I mean? I’m doing a sequel because this Cuban Linx album was like a movie itself you know what I mean? It help set the trend for hip hop and the trend is still going on.”

Only Built for Cuban Linx Part II will be released this summer.
