MARIO BUSY MAKING MOVIES AND NEW ALBUM

R&B singer Mario is scheduled to make his acting debut in two studio films one of which is due out this fall. Mario will appear in Touchstone/Disney’s film “Step Up” set for relase this fall and Paramount/MTV Films movie “Freedom Writers” due next year.

Currently, Mario is on tour with Sean Paul, Snoop Dogg, and Pharrell Williams in South Africa for the Premier Foods Peoples Celebration concert. Mario is also reportedly working on his next album featuring production by Jermaine Dupri, Scott Storch and Ne-Yo. The album is scheduled to be released this June.
